Hi! I’m Sam Logan, Director of Fit Programs and someone who’s deeply passionate about helping people feel better in their bodies—without extremes, confusion, or unrealistic expectations.

Over the last 12 years, I’ve worked with thousands of clients who felt stuck, exhausted, frustrated, or like nothing was working—no matter how hard they tried. They were doing “all the things,” but still not seeing the changes they deserved. That’s why I created Fit Programs—to be the complete package. Not just workouts. Not just nutrition tips. But a fully customized roadmap backed by real coaching, real support, and real-life sustainability.

I specialize in working with busy men, women, and families who are juggling work, home, and everything in between. Whether your goal is to burn fat, build strength, balance hormones, get your energy back, manage menopause or diabetes, or simply feel more confident in your own skin—I’ve got your back.

I hold a degree in Nutrition from the University of Michigan, and I’ve built my programs around both education and experience. I’m a certified NASM personal trainer, a women’s health specialist, and I’m also certified in pre- and post-natal fitness, sports fitness, Precision Nutrition, and STOTT Pilates. So whatever season of life you're in, we can find an approach that works for you.

Fit Programs uses a signature system that includes friendly and effective fitness, our Effortless Eating System, mindset coaching, and next-level accountability—all built to help you succeed long-term. We believe in consistency over perfection and building habits that last, even in the busiest seasons of life.
